개인정보처리방침

이 페이지는 Temdon이 귀하의 데이터를 어떻게 수집, 사용, 보호하는지 설명합니다.

Last updated: September 30, 2026

1. Data we collect

CategoryWhatWhen
AccountPhone number, name, username, profile photo, bio, optional password (hashed)Sign-up and profile edits
Messages & contentMessages, media, posts, reels, stories, comments, group/channel details, marketplace listingsWhen you send or publish them
LocationPrecise or approximate GPS coordinatesOnly when you share a location, use “People nearby” or “Region”, and grant permission

Temdon AIMessages and images you send to the AI, its replies, your ratingsWhen you use the AI section
Device & technicalDevice model, OS and app version, push token, IP address, sessions, crash reportsWhile you use the app
CallsCall time, duration and participants (for call history). Audio and video are never recordedWhen you make or receive calls

We do not read or upload your phone's address book.

2. Encryption — what it does and doesn't cover

  • One-to-one chats and private groups are encrypted on your device (X25519 + XSalsa20-Poly1305); our servers store the ciphertext.
  • Key backup: so your history survives a reinstall or a new phone, a backup of your encryption keys is stored on our servers, encrypted with a separate server-side secret. This means Temdon is technically able to recover those keys. We use them only to restore access to your own account and do not read your messages — but this is not the strict “nobody, not even the server, can read it” model of end-to-end encryption.
  • Bot chats, public (searchable) channels and groups, posts, reels, stories, comments, listings and AI conversations are stored unencrypted, because they are public or must be processed by the server.
  • If you report a message, its text is sent to our moderators.

3. How we use data

  • To provide the service: messaging, calls, feed, marketplace, payments, AI assistant;
  • To keep accounts secure: SMS verification, two-step verification, fighting fraud and spam;
  • Moderation: reviewing reports, restricting violating content and accounts;
  • Recommendations: feed and reels ranking based on your activity (likes, views, follows);
  • Improving reliability and fixing bugs; complying with the law.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.

4. Service providers

5. What others can see

Your name, username, profile photo, bio, public posts, reels and stories (subject to your privacy settings), messages in public channels and marketplace listings are visible to other users. “People nearby” shows an approximate distance, never your exact location, and you can turn your visibility off at any time. Control who sees what under Settings → Privacy.

6. Retention

  • Account data and content — while your account is active;
  • Live location — until the period you chose ends or you stop sharing;
  • Financial records — for the period required by law, including after account deletion;
  • Reports and moderation records — for a limited period for safety purposes;
  • Crash reports — up to 90 days.

7. Your rights and controls

  • Export: Settings → Export my data;
  • Correct: edit your profile at any time;
  • Delete: Settings → Delete account, or request it at api.temdon.uz/delete-account;
  • Permissions: camera, microphone, location and notification access can be revoked in your device settings;
  • AI: using Temdon AI is optional; if you don't use it, nothing is sent to AI providers.

8. Children

Temdon is not intended for anyone under 16. If we learn that a child under 16 has created an account, we delete it. See our Child Safety Standards.

9. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS, passwords are hashed, and two-step verification is available. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

10. Changes and contact

When this policy changes we update the date above and announce material changes in the app. Questions: support@temdon.uz.
