You must be at least 16 years old to use Temdon, and the information you give us must be accurate.

Temdon has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. The following is strictly prohibited; violating content is removed and the account is banned without notice:

• any child sexual abuse or exploitation material (CSAM/CSAE) — such cases are reported to the authorities;
• pornography and sexually explicit content;
• incitement to or glorification of violence, terrorism or extremism;
• hate speech or discrimination based on nationality, religion, sex, race or any other characteristic;
• harassment, threats, bullying, publishing others' personal data (doxxing);
• promotion of suicide or self-harm;
• fraud, spam, fake profiles and impersonation;
• sale of drugs, weapons or other illegal goods;
• infringement of copyright or other intellectual property;
• any other content that violates the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Any user, message, post, reel, story, comment, channel, group, live stream, voice room, marketplace listing, mini app or AI reply can be reported with the in-app “Report” action. You can block any user; blocked users can no longer message or call you.

We review reports within 24 hours, remove violating content and ban the users who posted it.

You are responsible for what you post and keep your rights to it. You grant Temdon a free, non-exclusive licence to store, display and distribute it as needed to operate the service, and you confirm you have the right to post it.

• Wallet top-ups are processed by licensed payment providers such as Payme, Click and Atmos.
• Sellers are responsible for marketplace goods; Temdon is a platform between buyer and seller. Wallet payments are held until you confirm receipt.
• Prices of paid subscriptions and digital services are shown before purchase, and you can cancel at any time.
• Refund requests are handled through the in-app refund form.

Temdon AI replies are generated by artificial intelligence and can be wrong. Do not rely on them for medical, legal or financial decisions. Using the AI to create illegal or harmful content is prohibited.

Mini apps and bots are built by third-party developers who are also bound by these terms; violating ones are removed.

We may restrict or ban accounts that violate these terms without notice. You can delete your account at any time under Settings → Delete account.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for user-generated content or third-party services.

We may update these terms and will announce material changes in the app; continuing to use Temdon means you accept them. Contact: support@temdon.uz.
