Child Safety Standards
Temdon has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Last updated: September 30, 2026
1. Prohibited
- Any image, video, text or link that sexualises minors, including AI-generated material;
- grooming — befriending minors for sexual purposes, or sexual conversations with them;
- trafficking, exploiting or blackmailing minors (including sextortion);
- content that promotes, facilitates or points to any of the above.
2. How to report
- In the app: on any user, message, post, reel, story, comment, channel, group, live stream or other content, choose “Report” → “Child safety”. These reports are reviewed first.
- By email: support@temdon.uz (subject: “Child safety”).
3. What we do
- Review reports within 24 hours;
- immediately remove CSAM/CSAE content and permanently ban the account that posted it;
- report confirmed cases to the competent law-enforcement authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan and, where appropriate, to international bodies such as NCMEC;
- preserve and provide the data investigations require, as the law prescribes.
4. Age limit and safety tools
- Temdon is not intended for anyone under 16;
- you can block any user and limit who can message or call you (Settings → Privacy);
- “People nearby” never shows an exact location, and your visibility there can be turned off.
